INSTRUCTIONS FOR WHEEL EXCHANGE
By now your tires have arrived and your ready to return your old wheels. You’re probably wondering what the process is, or how long you can wait before you can return your old wheels? Here is where we can help make the return process easy just by following three simple steps below:
STEP #1: Once your tires have arrived we usually like to give our customers about a week to schedule the return unless the machine is not on site. If this is the case, then please call to let us know when we can expect to schedule the return (usually no more than a 2 week period after the tires have been delivered is acceptable, otherwise charges may apply for no returns.
STEP #2: When you are ready to schedule the return please call us at 1-844-HD-Tires or email firstname.lastname@example.org with your pickup address, contact number, and email address and the best day and latest time the tires can be picked up. Also, please let us know if the tires coming back are air or foam filled, AND, if you need the carrier driver to call ahead prior to pickup please let us know, and we would be happy to make those arrangements.
PREPARING YOUR WHEEL RETURN FOR SHIPPING: WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE HAVE THE TIRES SECURELY TIED TO EACH PALLET TO AVOID ANY DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT (JUST AS YOU RECEIVED THEM – YOU MAY USE THE SAME PALLETS THE ORIGINAL TIRES WERE DELIVERED ON).
STEP #3: After you have provided us with the best day and time for your pickup you will receive and email with two copies of the bill of lading (“BOL”) to provide to the driver. One copy is for the driver the other is for your records, and proof of the pickup.
